Features
CHARACTERISTICS:
  1. Hydraulic driven die height adjustment provides stable and accurate adjustment operation.
  2. Control system ensures repeatability and reliable machine operation. Touch screen color LCD makes the operation more user-friendly.
  3. Strong and durable casting platens designed with CAE analysis for strong strength and long life.
  4. Centralized automatic toggle lubrication system ensures fixed volume of lubricant deliver to each toggle moving joint with adjustable cycle time, which increases the lifetime and reduces maintenance.
  5. Double main pump leads to energy saving and quick pressure response. The hydraulic component service life is prolonged with the external suction filter to clean hydraulic system.
  6. Multi injection-position facilitates more flexibility in die design; change of position is easily done by hydraulic raising mechanism.
  7. 3 phase injection control produces high quality die casting products by precise three phase injection system: 1st stage and 2nd stage, and pressure intensification stage.
  8. Independent accumulator for intensifier, rapid pressure builds up and is not influenced by 2nd stage injection process.
  9. Piston type accumulator ensures fast and powerful injection speed with stable pressure.
